A year ago, there was a good kindergarten with a small number of children in a group and an individual approach.
Now there are a dozen and a half children and a burned-out Russian-speaking teacher who periodically asks not to take the child to kindergarten.
Requests from parents to take into account the individuality of the child are ignored.
Today, instead of a quiet hour, he was sitting in the locker room in the corner.
When asked to explain why the child is not in the group and does not sleep, the administrator replied that he prevents other children from sleeping and they have a "university", not a kindergarten.
My grandson is 6 years old. She asked us to contact the director, the request is ignored, the phone number of the management is not given.

A good garden, where children are perfectly prepared for school. We have two children who go to kindergarten: the eldest learned to read, write, and count in a year, and the youngest began to understand English well, adapted quickly from the first days in the garden and enjoys visiting the garden)
The teachers treat the children well, there have never been any complaints about shouting or swearing :)

We spent almost six months at Cambridge Juniour... The staff turnover is terrible. Good shots don't get along. Only loud and very mediocre teachers remain. The daughter was hit hard by the boy in the face until it bled, saying that she was to blame for this (she took some wrong toys, not the point). The daughter is in shock, did not go to the garden the next day, and is depressed.
I ask the administration to sort this out: they answer me - we found out, he hit her because she did something wrong with the toys there... I'm just standing there in shock. No apologies for what happened on behalf of the administration, not a word that they had done some work with the aggressor, especially with his parents (later it turned out that they did not see the point in reporting this to their parents at all).
And I understand that the problem is actually in the leadership, which considers it the norm that some children beat other children. And he also finds some excuses for this.

A wonderful new garden.
A branch of the Moscow network.
2 teachers per group: one Russian-speaking, one English-speaking (Filipino, pronunciation is good, speaks only English).
We've only been walking for a few days, but after the first day, the child said that he wanted to stay for a nap tomorrow and to be picked up later.
The building was originally built as a school/kindergarten. A large courtyard. A Lego room, a science room (microscopes, robots), an art room (drawing, modeling), a gym, a music room, a psychologist's office, a speech therapist's office,
a locker room - they all have separate rooms from the group.
