Of the cons, cleanliness leaves much to be desired (bathroom, kitchen), smells of chemicals from cockroaches and a fat corpse (cockroach) was found. I had to sleep with the window open because of the smell, so the toots-toots from the club nearby were very audible.

Apartments in the old town are probably a plus for someone. In general, everything is there for life, but I do not recommend it. There is no parking, I had to walk to the car for 400 meters. Our room was on the attic floor, the roof slope was directly above the bed, in fact we had to bend over to get around the bed. It is better not to touch the furniture, my grandmother has better furniture in the country. The dining area is only on the balcony. The smell of smoking bothered me all night, I had to plug the door from below. It was good to take it for one night. Thanks for not having cockroaches, I added a star for that))

A cool balcony with fantastic views of the roofs and sky, sunny side, the air conditioner works quietly and conscientiously, people taller than average will at first find it unusual to walk bent double in a room - the ceiling there is sloped down to 1.5 m. I took off the star for an important cockroach in the kitchen.
