This is a company, apparently, of the lowest segment of the market. Their prices may indeed be slightly lower than those of some competitors. But the service is terrible. They absolutely don't know how to run a business. Maybe it would make sense to use them if you need to bring a ton of cheap goods, in the amount below the customs limit, so that there is no need for customs clearance. But, I'm afraid, even in this case they will be able to do everything as long and unpleasant as possible. For the delivery of a piece, expensive product, their services are absolutely not suitable. They will exhaust all your nerves and even the successful receipt of the parcel at the end (which is not a fact at all) will no longer bring you joy. The company's employees treat their customers as disdainfully as possible, feedback (to find out the status of the order, somehow promote its design) is practically impossible. There is no answer to the phone, I have not been able to get through once. E-mail is answered every other time, and very slowly. At the same time, they themselves, without the actions of the client, do nothing (even slowly), one employee told me so: "yes, you have to call us, yes, for hours, we ourselves will not send you anything by mail, even when the declaration is ready." As a result, it may take more than a month to receive a parcel that is already in Tbilisi
