I Was Billed Without Any Training And I Paid Forced Fees! MY VICTIM I registered for the Çamlıca Driving Course located in Gaziantep Şehitkamil on a date like August 2025. However, even though I did not receive education in any way, an invoice was issued in my name and a fee was demanded from me, as if I had completed the entire educational process. This organized bill definitely does not reflect the reality. On the first day after registration, I went to the address they specified for training at the time they said. My teacher, who was going to teach, was not there. When I called the course, I was told “the teacher is coming, wait”, although I waited for about 40 minutes, no one came. After about 40 minutes, they turned to me again and said, “Walk 100 meters, the teacher is there.” When I went to the place they described, the instructor refused to provide training by snapping at me while eating and with a cigarette in his mouth, saying, “You're late, I'm not taking you to training, go.” I didn't want to study this course after this incident. Due to the delay, misdirection of the course and this irresponsible and disrespectful attitude of the staff, I actually did not receive any training at all. Despite this, the course demanded a fee from me without providing any services. When I wanted to enroll in another course, they refused to delete my registration and put me in a difficult situation by saying, “We will not delete your registration without paying money.” I had to pay 5.000 TL to register for the new course, and this amount was actually forcibly taken from me. Charging a fee even though the service has never been provided, trying to prevent my transfer to another course by not deleting my registration, and unjustified and unfounded billing, as if I have received the entire education in my name, is completely contrary to the law and Consumer Rights. Therefore, I request that the 5,000 TL I have paid by remaining mandatory be returned to me and that the necessary examination be carried out about the institution.
