Previously, I would have chosen a great hotel with good service because of nostalgia. Now the hotel has become a chain hotel, and there are no staff in it. All questions and problems via the bot in whatsapp. The heating in the room did not work, they constantly promised to solve and fix everything, but nothing was solved in a week.

Very good. Close to the Duomo. The price does not bite, the water is changed every day as it is cleaned.
