A magical place in the Kemer area, a complex of two-storey houses with swimming pools, fenced territory, lots of greenery, the sea nearby, beauty and relaxation.

Comfortably. It's very atmospheric. The sea is not further than 1 km. The municipal beach is excellent, new. There is a wild beach nearby, very large and long. The city, consisting of two-storey houses with apartments 2 +1 and 3+1, is inhabited by Norwegians, Turks, Russians and Ukrainians (there are no conflicts, all are very adequate). It is located on the outskirts of the village of Chamyuva - which is very convenient, you can walk to the sea and back in swimming trunks. Nearby there is an orange grove and a pasture of curious goats. I recommend it to anyone who is looking for tranquility, pleasant smells and simply stunning views of the mountains, including Takhtali. You can walk along the sea to Paradise bay and the ruins of the ancient city of Phaselis. It takes 45 minutes to walk to Kemer in the other direction over Mount Chalish (I walk there and back every evening). A fairy tale, a bomb, an atmosphere!

Wonderful rest on the territory of the complex. The pools are cleaned, the greenery is trimmed. The neighbors are all quiet, no drunken revelers. There are a lot of children, but they don't bother.
