The situation is out of the ordinary!
ORDER #1
I made my first order from Cancan in mid-August, as they delivered free shipping for August. (I live a 10-minute walk from Cancan ).
The order was delivered in 1h20minut, only half of the order was brought and the beer was counted as 3.60 instead of 1.90 per bottle... They proved to me that I was wrong, they decided something for a long time, in the end they made a 40% discount - they brought the full order after another hour and a half, it is clear that what they had already brought, they just warmed up, and the second part of the order was freshly cooked. - It was not very pleasant...

On August 27, we ordered Cancan for the second time, hoping that this is a one-time problem, and everything will be different - after all, people learn from their mistakes, and if there are problems, they usually eliminate them. I waited for the confirmation call for about 15-20 minutes, no one called, I had to call myself. There was no beer in the restaurant at all, they said they would make a grill set - wait for the order... The order was made at about 20.15, while waiting for the order, it was already 22.00 and all the operators successfully left work, contacted the CanCan Administrator - she was surprised - because she didn't even know that I ordered something and of course no one would be able to cook anything, the next day they promised to deal with the situation... I had to write to them myself, get an answer, call the operators - discuss the problem with them again, somehow by 14.00 I was told that I would be able to receive my order, which I made on 27.08 at 20.15 - today at 15.00 on 28.08 - Well, think about it, I waited 12 hours for the order - that's fine, we'll give you a 15% discount... ( 15% - think about how funny it is on their part, how much it is a spit in my face on their part ) - A normal restaurant would either offer compensation in the form of 30%+, or would not offer at all... It's just that when you get a 10-15% discount on a food order that you were waiting for yesterday, it's like spitting in your face: "Here's a discount for you, and don't you dare be unhappy - we've done the maximum..."
CONCLUSION:
This was the last time we ordered something there, going to Cancan itself is purely a matter of principle, we will no longer go with the family, with such an attitude it is better to eat at Girodonalds, even there the level of service is head and shoulders higher.
