We stopped by the CANAL11 restaurant for lunch, as part of an excursion tour group. The metropolitan area (Khalq el Oued, aka La Goulette) where the restaurant is located is, of course, not very touristy, not at all touristy, and you would never visit the restaurant on your own. However, the restaurant as a whole seemed quite normal, and the lunch, surprisingly, was also quite decent, albeit modest...
