We took kanele several times, were super, recently bought 5 pcs, turned out to be defective. Over-dried, overexposed in the oven, burnt. But the institution worked quickly, contacted, apologized, admitted the mistake, which happens rarely, sent new delicious and a compliment. And they didn't even ask to change the review (my decision, another plus)
It seems that this is the main advantage when they are not afraid to admit mistakes and focus on quality and customer orientation. The prices for desserts are slightly higher than those of the neighbors, but the quality meets the price. Moreover, kanele is still the best in Astana who have tried it.

A beautiful place with a pleasant atmosphere and delicious desserts. It's a pity, though, that the space is rather small. Pleasant service, friendly waiters

Очень хорошее кафе, девушка официантка вежливая. Кофе замечательный. Цены не высокие, время ожидания маленькое. Можно заказать с собой. Десерты вкусные. В подарок к кофе дали несколько штучек печенек - очень приятно!!) 5 звёздочек ❤🔥

Очень хорошее обслуживание, вежливые ребята. Очень вкусные круассаны, как по мне это первое место в моем личном тоже списке самых вкусных круассанов, прекрасные завтраки, десерты всегда свежие и очень вкусные. Интерьер светлый классический, очень уютное заведение

В кофейне была впервые, просто в восторге от их фирменного завтрака. Атмосфера и персонал на высоте. Теперь одно из любимых мест моих.
