We are from Omsk. We were passing through Pavlodar. I really liked the cafe. Delicious and inexpensive. Judging by the number of guests, we are not the only ones who like it. I definitely give 5 stars. We were traveling from Russia to Karaganda, we stopped, there are few visitors, the food is very tasty. We didn't eat anywhere on purpose on the way back, here again. I recommend it exactly.
