Very often there are no forks, knives, or trays - you have to wait a long time. The food is passable, but you can do better. Prices rise every year, but are generally cheaper than elsewhere. The biggest drawback is the working time. It used to be from 9 to 17, but there was no point in coming earlier than 10 and later than 16 - either they hadn't brought anything yet, or they had already eaten everything. Right now, the opening hours have been reduced, now from 10 to 16.
