I took 2 buckets of the same white paint from them. They messed up, and instead of new paint, they sold me a jar that had already been opened and diluted with a barely noticeable shade of yellow. I noticed the catch only when the master began to put the second jar on the wall. To my remark, the store began to deny that I should have noticed their hand-pasted piece of paper with some kind of illegible mark, which, it turns out, meant that the paint was mixed with pigment... Another time there were clots in the paint. I do not recommend this particular store, although the Kaparol company itself is said to be good.
