At the moment, it is a great place to stay. In the center of the business city, close to the sights, it's quiet at night.

The hotel has not seen repairs for a long time, there is no generator, and the lights are turned off regularly for 2.5 hours a day or more. Room cleaning is normal. Breakfast for 4/5.
