I strongly do not recommend it. 1 star out of 5. And that's because you can't put less. I came to have a snack on 11.10.2024 at my favorite place. That was the case until today. The hall was less than half full. I made an order and waited. I understand that the dishes are not prepared quickly due to the cooking methods. After 40 minutes, I decided to clarify what happened to the order. Considering that my dish takes about 30 minutes to cook. And then the dancing with the tambourine began and it turns out that my order is not just delayed, but they did not even start cooking. Which is extremely outrageous both in principle in relation to the client, and given the pricing policy of the institution.which does not belong to the category of eateries. My time was limited and it was not possible to wait for it to be cooked after 40 minutes. I asked for a book of complaints and suggestions to leave my feedback so that the management of the chain and the institution would take measures to improve the quality. But, I was informed that they do not have a complaint book. Which is quite strange. I believe that the management of this cafe or chain is not going to react to such egregious situations. Draw conclusions, ladies and gentlemen. Everything is obvious to me and all my friends. That was the last time I decided to have lunch there

So far, this is the best institution that we have found in Bishkek. Normal coffee, delicious fresh, pasta is also normal. We ordered a SOOO salty tom yam, ordered a sandwich with RAW eggplant in the filling. The desserts are delicious. Nice interior, but you have to be careful because the chairs are dirty and no one wipes them. If you want to go in for a quick meal, then you will not be served for a very long time.
