We visited this restaurant for the first time on 04/18/2025, as well as for the first time in this country. I liked it! The atmosphere, cleanliness, service, the dishes are delicious, the portions are large enough. Although, the service depends on the waiter, for example, today on 04/19/2025 there was another waitress (Akylai Aidarbekova)-the service is lame, alas. Don't wait for her. They only saw her when ordering food, the rest of the time they caught other waiters! Keep an eye on the service and staff, dear directors. After all, tips are included in the bill. So let the staff be fully trained in good service. Another drawback is that the dishes are not served at the same time, which is unacceptable with good service! One is eating at the table, and the other is watching and waiting for the dish to be brought to him. But, this is already the fault of the manager, who should know the standards of service in the restaurant and is obliged to train the staff in this.…I would like to express my gratitude to the lovely waitress Alizhanova Maftuna! She's probably the only one who knows what a service is! She kept coming up to us, asking if we needed anything else, if everything was okay, and putting away dirty dishes and napkins on time! Overall, the place is a C-minus. Only the service is bad. And it's always dirty. Tables on the street are not wiped, guests are put at dirty tables. The inside of the chairs is covered in crumbs. Orders get confused, coffee gets spilled... if you live nearby, just stop by for a snack. No more.
