Since the hotel is very budget-friendly, therefore, we did not expect chic. But the torn tulle, the peeling furniture in the kitchen and bathroom from the water (all the bottoms are stratified) is too much, to be honest. I'm not talking about the poorly draining water in the shower-this is a common problem in old hotels! The location is not for pensioners, as it is a hill climb. Well, there are advantages: in the evenings it's quiet and peaceful, you can sleep with the windows open. 10 minutes to the metro, 6-7 minutes to the tram. Close to the center and all the sights. It is close to the Grand Bazaar and the Egyptian market, where it is most profitable to exchange currency.

I liked it · We organized a transfer from the airport to the hotel. The receptionist at the reception helped with the suitcases (we had 4 of them + a baby stroller). The room is spacious and clean (but there is not enough space with a child). The room has a large double bed and a sofa bed for the third guest (but a cot was provided for our child upon prior request), a kitchenette with dishes (plates, mugs, spoons, forks, knives) and an electric kettle, air conditioning. Bathroom with all accessories (towels, soap, shampoo, toilet paper, but no shower gels and freshener). Upstairs there is a beautiful terrace with views of the city and the sea, you can sit, relax, there is a barbecue (the Administrator Rahmatullo cooked us a delicious and juicy kebab twice). The owner and all the staff are polite, you can chat, help with everything you need, tell you what and where. Of the cons: 1. The room is designed for a company of two people, no more. 2. If you have a child, it is impossible to sleep with the windows open: Garbage cans are located under the windows (around lunchtime a person comes and sorts plastic), and at night a garbage truck arrives. 3. The air conditioner does not work well (it does not cool the room) But all these disadvantages overlap with the advantages (especially if you arrived without a child)

The rooms are exactly like in the photos. Warm in winter, Wi-Fi is stable. There were minor complaints about the number, but after contacting the manager Murad, everything was promptly corrected.

It's a very cool place, especially if the exit to the roof is still open. We had a fairly spacious room on the top floor with a good view. There is everything around that should be interesting to those who came to the city for the first time: Sofia, the market, small eateries, funny streets, a tram stop.
