I stayed this hostel for several days. To be honest, it's the best solo hotel ever! The all facilities such as kitchen, toilet and bathroom are highly hygienic, nothing complain. At the entrance, you should take off your shoes so that rooms keep clean, only slippers are allowed. Besides, workers were considerable, always payed attention for all guests. I'm a foreigner but there're no difficulties😊greatly recommended hostel for women as well!

Well, judging by the reviews, this hotel is a lottery and you never know what you're getting. After living for 4 days in a Deluxe room, I realized that renting the cheapest apartment in Astana for the same money would be much more profitable and that's why : -The TV is not working -The safe is not working - It was cold in the room, the maximum that could be offered was another blanket, it felt like 18 degrees - The shower head was splashing water in different directions -Shower with an area of 1 sq.m with an uncovered toilet, when bathing, you have to take out everything that can get wet from the shower, including towels and toilet paper -Cleaning every three days (in our case it was on the 4th day of stay) - Garbage collection should be carried out every day, but until we asked for it ourselves, no one came to us - Half of the lighting just didn't work -There is a constant smell of noodles from the ventilation (as we were told - it's just noodles under us, there's nothing to do) It can be seen that the idea was cool, but it looks like this hotel was scored financially, and this also affected the staff. As a result, I do not recommend it

The only disadvantage is the steep stairs, it is difficult to climb to the second floor with luggage.

Maybe it was good a few years ago, as they say everywhere, but now it's a nightmare. The ventilation system, without exaggeration, makes noise like an airplane, I bought earplugs to sleep on. In the toilet, the shelf is torn off the wall and hangs at an angle on screws, nothing can be installed. There is a TV, but it does not work. The light control panels are full of static. The drain is apparently clogged, one has washed in the shower, the second one can no longer, otherwise the water in the pan will go over the edge. A constant, persistent, nasty smell, probably due to the fact that the entire hostel is above an Asian cafe. The sub-cabinet is pulled out of the wall along with the phone's power supply. Even the painting on the wall is covered in traces of blood. The washing machine is working around the clock, the spin can be heard on the entire floor. The kitchen and recreation area are normal. The second star is only for the staff, the guys are trying their best, but the numbers are too much.

The capsules are clean, I would like to note separately a very comfortable pillow and mattress. There is a kitchen with kitchenware, a kettle, a stove and an oven. There is a cabinet attached to each capsule, which also opens from a card to put things there. There is a shower, but take flip-flops with you. Among the disadvantages, the microwave did not work, and it took a very long time to heat food in the oven. They give out two towels, slippers, and a toothbrush. If you compare it with a hostel, then it is rather not a hostel but a hotel with mini rooms, you feel secluded and no one bothers, you can work. The Internet catches it well. I didn't take much photos...

Awesome I came here from another hotel for 4 days for the sake of interest. This is space. The showers and toilets are ideally clean. The bed linen is clean. Quietly. There are people. There is enough space for everyone. Since there is a huge hall and a kitchen. I didn't encounter anyone in the capsule room itself. Although girls lived in all 6. I want to start by saying that 1 star is a stretch for this "hotel". The young man and I came to Astana for the first time for a few days, decided to stay at this hotel. Immediately after checking into the room (we had our own shower and toilet), I was only confused by the size of the room. The room is literally microscopic! If you live together, then you just won't be able to stand in this room together. All 3 days we had a strong feeling that we were living in a compartment on the train. Also, for me, a huge disadvantage was that there is also no window in this pantry, respectively, you are not allowed any fresh air. I'm not claustrophobic, but even I was as uncomfortable as possible in this room. I can't help but mention a separate toilet with a shower. The toilet takes up almost the entire space of the "bathroom", and every time I took a shower, I banged my elbow on the sink or my knee on the toilet (despite the fact that I am 160 cm tall and of small build). The next day, another joke appeared - very strongly from the hood began to stink of instant noodles. At first we thought maybe someone was eating, it's okay, but the smell didn't go away for a second for 3 days. A couple of hours later, I went to the reception and told about the wonderful aromas in our room, which gave me a very bad headache and made me feel sick. To which they replied, "Yes, we always smell like that, because it's noodle downstairs! Well, you're not sitting in the room, go for a walk, and everything will be fine with you!". Thanks for the unsolicited advice. Oh, I completely forgot to describe the fact that half of the functions in the room do not work. Of the 5 light sources, only 3 were working; the TV and the safe were not working. A lot of things were held together by snot. I'm very picky about cleanliness and I may not be objective, but when I saw someone else's tuft of hair on clean bed linen, which was supposedly just made, I felt sick. Well, the final touch was that we were literally evicted a day earlier (I was incredibly happy about it, to be honest). In the morning, on the third day, our bathroom drain just stopped working. We went to the reception, the girl called the man who was supposed to solve this issue, he turned out to be an electrician for some reason. Strangely, he couldn't help.. The receptionist started calling the plumber, it seemed like he was supposed to arrive during the day, so we were going for a walk. Right before leaving the hotel, the administrator announces to us that they have called a plumber (they do not have full-time craftsmen - except an electrician for all hands) and we now owe them 10,000 tenge, and in general we are the first to have this happen in 4 years of operation of this hotel. It took us a very long time to figure out who was right and who was to blame, and in the end we were given the choice "either pay the money or we evict you." We didn't think long, packed up quickly and left this hotel. To be honest, it even became easier for me to breathe. My score is 0.5/5. I would never go back there, I didn't like the cleanliness, the atmosphere, or the room, and I'm not talking about the attitude of the staff at all. The very idea of the hotel is very interesting, and the execution was probably cool only 4 years ago when it opened. Now there is a persistent feeling that money is being siphoned out of the hotel, but they do not want to invest. Well, the only advantage is probably the location. I won't make such mistakes anymore, it's better to overpay, but sleep in comfort and without the strong smell of noodles, which I won't eat for a long time now..

There are three booths, but there are not enough hangers in my opinion. Separate showers for Me and Jo. There is a hair dryer next to the sinks. There was also a fly in the ointment... Of the cons: 1) There are no mats in the shower, you can slip, especially if you did not take your slippers with you. 2) Some sinks didn't work. 3) There was a time when there was no liquid soap in the dispensers, shampoo and shower gel in the shower. 4) The capsules are a little backlash. Lockers can sometimes be opened with a little effort by pulling the handle. Maybe I closed it incorrectly. 5) As for the stuffiness, I don't know, maybe I was lucky with the capsule, I slept without a blanket. Overall, a good hotel.
