Осень красивый, комфортный коттеджный посёлок. Есть все для жизни! Магазин, ресторан, бассейн, развлекательные программы, пляжная зона с прудом для купания, рыбалка. Так же работает современная школа, Спортивная арена с хорошим паркетом для игорых видов спорта.

Очень хороший поселок, точнее,группа поселков. Своя территория, охрана, возможность ИЖС, свои магазины и сервисы. Все очень прилично и продумано.

Закрытая охраняемая территория, очень спокойно, немного шумит М2, на территории есть магазин, ресторан, свои пляжи, с песчаным дном.
