There are sun beds freely available, plenty of space in the shade under the hotel itself, beach bungalows, swings - for an additional fee, who needs. Cleaning is daily. The maids are very nice, attentive, helpful, but somehow intimidated. The room has everything you need: soap, hairdryer, towels, dryer. Change of towels in 3 days - I would like to do it more often, because you go to the sea to take a shower all the time. Linen change: changed twice in 12 days, it turns out ~ once every 4 days. There are no beach towels. There is a cafe on the territory (very noisy and terribly low-quality), a restaurant of local cuisine (you can eat), hookahs, a disco, captive parties, rental of saps. In general, there are a lot of things, but the content, in general, is so-so, far from the most demanding, to put it mildly ... There is an opportunity to wash clothes in a washing machine (300 ₽ load), lovely maids will help with this. The ironing board and iron are freely available on the floor. There was a very unpleasant situation with the owner of the hotel: he literally attacked a guy who lived in a nearby hotel and just wanted to come to my room to visit (not to spend the night!), explaining this concern for the safety of the guests, at the same time as when some "aborigine" clung to me, pursued, he grabbed my hands, leaving a bunch of bruises, and broke into the room, he said that he didn't have to be my personal guard... That's right, he didn't have to, but this is a very incomprehensible and unpleasant approach... I won't lower my rating for this conflict situation, but still it's right for the owner to stick to some one line. behaviors! Overall, the hotel is good!

We stayed at this hotel from July 14 to July 23, 2025. A normal hotel right on the beach, modern renovation in the rooms, responsive host, daily cleaning, towels are changed every 3 days, bed every 5 days. From 18 to 24 hours, loud, very loud music on the beach. It's OK for young people, but if you relax, it's not very good with children. At the end of my vacation, I was just infuriated by these songs. I could only fall asleep after it was turned off. The beach is sandy and pebbly, there are large pebbles at the entrance to the sea, I couldn't swim without corals, it hurt my legs. After 2.5-3 meters, the depth is up to the neck. There are expensive cafes nearby, and a more affordable Hominy canteen. Conveniently, there is a gazelle stop, a store, and a first-aid kit not far away, if you buy something. It is very expensive for Abkhazia, even without breakfast. On July 10, at this price, I rented a Radisson Slavyanskaya in Moscow with a breakfast with caviar and champagne. Well, of course, without the sea😆 Separately, holidays in Abkhazia are unreasonably expensive, there is no service, fruits are more expensive than in Russia. Rudeness, excursions with terrible organization and attitude (not only from my experience...), the atmosphere of the 90s in everything. Laziness, indifference, rudeness, and inhospitality of the locals. Take whatever medicines you need with you. Dirt, ruin. I really love nature, but not in a neglected state. The sea is clear, the color is awesome, and that's it! I took off the stars for the noise, the lack of the promised sandy beach - pebbles and a large, unreasonably high cost!

What's the problem with changing it if it costs like a night in this room? We paid 16,000 each - there are no curtains, yes, they just don't exist, it happens.. The child woke up at 6 a.m. instead of 9 a.m. - there are no beach towels, you can not take them from the room. Well, how's that? Well, do you rent at least if you can't buy for each room, do you really need to take a suitcase of towels with you to a hotel by the sea?? - the room, like the veranda, is tired, the boards creak, the door creaks so that the child wakes up, you can hear how they walk in the next room, they walk, not jump - musical accompaniment until 00, the feeling of being in a bar - room cleaning is formal, towels were changed by themselves, gel/shampoo was requested by themselves - come up with something on the door so that the cleaner doesn't just come in when the child is sleeping, how should she be stopped? Standing at the door all the time?? -there are two cafes/restaurants nearby at the hotel, why not make a rate with breakfast/lunch/dinner?
