At the end of September, they took a middle-class car for a day. What did you like? If it's short, then absolutely everything. Very fast and courteous service, paperwork. For the car itself, they provided all the information of interest, no hidden defects, etc. And, importantly, a pleasant rental price, even taking into account what they took for a trip to another city. We will definitely use the services of this company again.

Positive: they respond quickly, get and hand over the car quickly, low prices, gave a washer and a cloth for the windows. A night as a gift.
Cons: very dirty car inside and out. Technical problems-there was no bolt on the battery to fix the terminal, as a result, poor contact and problems with the car factory.

I booked a car on February 26 for March 11, and I deleted all my passport information. I asked on March 9 if everything was booked, as it was a very important trip, and as a result, they woke up on March 11 and said that there was no car.… There was a suspicion that this would happen, but I asked again many times, hoping for a different outcome, but alas. They would have warned me at least a day in advance to find another option.

Good rental: we delivered the car to the right address by the appointed time, and also arrived on time for delivery to the airport. Everything is very fast and to the point, the deposit was returned immediately. It would have been 5 stars if it hadn't been for the broken air conditioner, which, as they said at the box office, had not been monitored since the last rental. Of course, it would be worth checking it upon receipt, but it was the next day, and even far from the city, that turned out to be hot, so it was no longer possible to replace the car. The car was received with a slightly dirty body and windshield after the track, so I did not have to pay for the car wash after the rental. At the same time, they booked more than a month in advance.

All the staff are great fellows - they serve you quickly, politely, and with high quality. You can always negotiate. Of course, it is better to book cars in advance, but however, it happened that they called and found the car that day. There are both boosters and chairs for small children.
The prices are affordable, we can say that nowadays it is even cheap. The cars are in good condition.

It is not the first time I have used the rental service and every time I have only positive impressions. Very polite staff, the acceptance and transfer of cars takes place without straining, all documents are prepared in advance, cars are not killed, flexibility in time pleases - they will count the day as it should, and not only from 12 to 12, as in one of those where I took a car before, and 3 hours later they will request another day to pay.. everything is clear here. They value their customers. The only drawbacks are that during the season you need to book a car in advance, but this is understandable.

Everything looks good, beautiful prices, discounts, a large selection of cars, but in fact there is no service. I booked a car on Friday afternoon. On Saturday morning, I sent a photo of the documents, I asked if the car I had already booked was free, and they answered me, "you sent photos of the documents too late, there are no free cars anymore." This is such a "customer-oriented" service. They handed over my car without warning and I had to urgently look for another car an hour before the trip, and it's almost impossible to find a free car from the budget segment on the weekend.

I want to share my experience of renting a car in this "mountain" organization. 1. The cars are dirty, it is difficult to see the state license plate. 2. If you have not checked the availability of the wiper and its operation on site, then these are your problems on the way. 3. After spending the night on the street in -18, the car did not go (the pads were frozen). Employees are very unhurried and they don't care at all that your plans are disrupted by their fault. No one will compensate you for the time and money spent on all this hassle and car replacement and will not even apologize for the inconvenience caused.

If you return the car earlier than the day is running, you will not see the difference. And if you do it later, then get ready to pay a big difference.
You pour fuel like into a tractor, and when you hand over the car, they will also be charged for fuel that was not filled to the brim in a full tank.
