We arrived in glorious and beautiful Minsk for a short weekend, decided to see the snowy beauty of Belarus, in particular the Minsk and Brest regions. We have reviewed a number of car rental companies. And according to the combination of advantages, I chose this one, which I was very pleased with!
We took a kia rio xline car with delivery to Minsk airport, we were greeted by a friendly Julia. The car was already warmed up, clean and even with a washer in the trunk. Since I sent the documents in advance, the entire inspection of the car with a pleasant conversation / payment took up to 5 minutes.
The car was our faithful friend for the whole trip and on the next trip I already know where to turn for a car)
We delivered the car to the office, the acceptance also took very little time.
In general, if you are looking for a car at a pleasant-adequate cost, good quality, with clear additional options (return dirty, delivery to the airport, etc.) and the coolest with a hard hat (although accident-free driving for more than 8 years, but your soul is calmer when you understand that if anything, everything will be resolved simple and understandable) then take a closer look at this company and their fleet)

In principle, I liked everything, from accepting the car to handing it over.
The car was tired (it doesn't hurt to do dry cleaning in the cabin), since the seats and ceiling are in a sad state. Plus, it would probably be more correct to make sure that the washing is done by the landlords themselves (usually there is just a payment for the washing and it is prescribed in the contract), and not so that everyone washes himself after their trips. Since one will wash well, the other will wash badly. And the car goes to the next customer in a different state from washing. And one more nuance, the mileage limit is not specified in the contract, it would be worth adding this too, since the information was found only on the website, but it should be in the contract.

We answered quickly via WhatsApp, booked a car at the price that is on the site, on the specified conditions, without prepayments, interest for card payments and other surcharges. We provided insurance, including for the frontal (other companies do not insure the forehead, so I chose carhire). Julia brought the car to the hotel. The transfer is fast, clearly at the agreed time, all documents are filled out in advance, machine defects are shown and edited, the deposit is in Russian rubles, Julia is in touch 24 hours just in case. The car is transferred with a full tank, the same one is returned. Upon return, they are asked to tell us if there are any comments. It costs money to bring and pick up a car in a place convenient for you from all the rental companies that I called, with rare exceptions. I recommend taking a fresher car, especially since carhire prices are generally slightly lower in the market than their counterparts with a five-star rating: new cars are more pleasant to drive, the suspension is softer, the rear passenger is better. I used navigation on my phone, connected to the audio system; I did not order a chair. Rent - three days, economy (vw polo). Among the advantages: insurance for the windshield, not tiny ones, prices are slightly lower than the market (by 10-20 rubles). Of course, I recommend it!

I used the rental service for the May holidays of 2023. I've looked at a lot of companies, only in Carhire.by the package of a full hard hat was included, this is a huge plus when traveling to another country, I chose and booked a car on the website, received confirmation, the guys answered all questions by phone, filled out the necessary documents upon arrival at the office, prescribed the return of the car at the Minsk Airport and after 15 minutes. we were already driving a well-groomed, clean and refueled Skoda Octavia. During the trip, we rolled 1000 km. and there were never any technical problems with the car, they filled it up to a full tank before delivery (a prerequisite) and no washing was required from us, everything went just as quickly and mentally. I used car rental services in August 2023. Everything is clear and to the point. I took a KIA Rio for 5 days. The car was driven to the hotel and picked up there. The car is far from new (171 thousand km of mileage), but clean and well-groomed. The rubber is fresh. The interior is clean, odorless. The technical condition is five. We drove 1000 km across Belarus, the consumption of 95 gasoline was 7 liters / 100 km. I strongly recommend it.

I ordered a car for 5 days during the May holidays. The first car they gave me at the airport had no air conditioning and no seat belt. This is despite the fact that she was driven from Minsk, and these problems were obvious. Apparently, I really wanted to "sell" for good luck. After losing 1.5 hours of time in Minsk, they replaced it with another one whose air suspension did not work, but I decided to close my eyes to this, since there was no time anymore. The worst thing about this car turned out later. A few days later, returning to Minsk, I punctured a tire. When this wheel was disassembled at the tire shop and the second one was removed, the shock was felt by the experienced installers. In one wheel, the cord was damaged on the inside, and in the second, the tire was peeling off at the inner radius. Obviously, the owners of the car knew the quality of the rubber on it, but again, the main thing was to "sell" the car. Considering that everything was happening 100 km from Minsk, it was a pain in the ass to find at least some rubber to get there and replace the car again. The result is half a day of lost time.
It's a great stroke of luck that none of these wheels exploded at speed.
The car rental service assumes that the car is rented to the client in good technical condition, allowing him to travel, and not to repair. In this office, the meaning of the service is different: save as much as possible on repairs and safety, rent out car junk, hoping that nothing will happen or the client will not notice.
I highly recommend not contacting here! It can be life-threatening!

Oh, there are great guys working here for you, no kidding. I took a car (VW Polo "18 in max configuration) for 5 days to see the country with my wife. I made a reservation through the website, received a confirmation by mail, arrived at the office at the appointed time, signed the contract, made the payment and received the car keys. It took about 15 minutes, probably. The condition of the car is excellent, there were no complaints at all during the entire operation. Everything is transparent in the contract - no hidden fees and the like. I also handed over the car without any questions. Well, what can I say, we took a car from this company during a trip to Belarus. We took an economy for 14 days. I got Kio Rio's car. The mileage was 105,000. The car was very good. The company delivered it to the airport for free. We ordered a navigator, as a result it was not offered to install Yandex maps and drive on them. Just on your phone. Good. Then I say is everything okay with the car? Yes, he says if anything happens, I will give you the most expensive model we have in exchange. Well, we decided on this. And so, while in Brest, driving away from the parking lot, my brake pedal "fails". I call the office, they explain to me most likely the brake hose has broken that you need to go slowly to the service station, if you need to brake with the handbrake. I'm shocked, somehow I found a service station (it was Sunday) and very few service stations were working at that time. Fortunately, it turned out to be relatively close to where I was. In general, somehow, I actually got to the service station without brakes. It turns out that the company has agreed with the service station to replace the brake pads immediately. Okay, everything is fine, just one thing, but I had to pay for it myself and moreover, pay in cash. 190 bel. Rubles'. Since they did not accept the card. And this is for a second almost half of the amount that can be withdrawn from the mir card in Belarus per week (500 bel. Rubles per week). Okay, I went and took it off, it's already been a week and I could withdraw this money. As a result, I spent about 4 hours at the service station (of course there was no hose available, I had to go to the market to buy). The plans for this day went all right. As a result, the company compensated me for the money in Belarusian rubles for one hundred rubles. Only in Belarusian rubles (it is not clear to me what to do with them in Russia now). As compensation, he offered to compensate me for the cost of renting a car for half a day. As a result, he didn't have any change and compensated me with 60 rubles. Taking into account that the cost was 70 rubles per day. Like that... I mean, I don't know if this is normal or not? Are the cars there good or not? I just imagine if the brake hose broke at a speed of 100 km/h?

I am a citizen of the Russian Federation. I arrived on a business trip, did not withdraw cash and I did not have a mir card. The first time I found myself in such a situation and felt like a sucker)), I flew in, there was only money for a SIM card to call the guys from the company. They waited for me for 1.5 hours at the port until I got out)) then we decided how to pay for the car and generally check into the hotel. There was no money, that is, there was money, but on the Russian card. As a result, they were busy with me from 17h to 21h. ) they withdrew money for my hotel and dinner)
The next day I went to the bank, solved the financial problem, and paid for the car.

I took a Kia rio at Minsk airport for 3 days. They were submitted on time, the formalities were processed quickly. I got a clean car with a full tank, passed a brief briefing on local traffic regulations, left a deposit and drove off. There were no problems during the ride. Three days later, at the agreed time at the gas station at the airport, I refilled the fuel to full and handed over the car, receiving the deposit back (despite the numerous traces of dirty paws of Minsk cats, who liked to spend the night on the hood and roof of a freshly washed car).

I took an additional 350 km for a day, because I traveled from Minsk to the Brest fortress. The deposit was refunded immediately upon returning the car. Initially, I agreed that I would return the car at 23:00 02.05, the lease was issued until 03.05., but I thought that I would be charged an additional fee.money for late delivery of the car. There was nothing like that! Everyone reacted with understanding and went to meet them halfway. Thank you very much!! I have already recommended you to all my friends in Russia! and I will use it myself if I come to Belarus again. In short, who thinks / doubts, do not worry, everything went perfectly. No pitfalls. They give you a navigator for free upon prior request - take it!! It's also better to take your radar detector or recorder with you. It is allowed to be put on while using the car. I rented a Nissan x-trail for 2 weeks for a trip to Tula.
First of all, everything is fair. You order a car and it arrives, not a trough, similar to the picture in the photo only in color and model of the car! Secondly, the cars are very clean. There is no desire to wipe something before use, as in other companies. It smells like a new car!
Thirdly, the agent who worked with me is the most highly trained and competent specialist. Bravo to the leader, whoever he is!
