"I rarely write positive reviews, but not because I don't want to, but because there's no one to leave them to. However, this time is an exception to the rule! The guys from Libra 2000 did their job the best, and that's why: 1. The ceiling is as good as new. It seemed that the grayish tint and stains would remain there forever, but they literally "pulled out" years of dust, smoke and accidental coffee splashes from the fabric (yes, there was a case). Now the salon smells fresh, not the history of my trips. 2. The salt at your feet is defeated. The winter nightmare of all car owners is white stains from reagents. Not a single sink could handle it, but here... it was as if nothing had happened! The coating looks like I just left the salon. 3. The little things that impressed: - The mats have been returned to their "original" appearance, although I have already come to terms with their eternal gray color. - Even the seat belts were cleaned (who even thinks about it?!). - No streaks on the plastic — it's obvious that they worked wisely, and not just "sprayed and erased." Bottom line: if your car is not just a piece of hardware for you, and you value quality and details, then this is exactly the dry cleaning service that will not disappoint. Dry cleaning and free of charge! I didn't think it was even possible)but the guys were holding a prank on their Instagram and I was lucky! I bought a car the other day, it was very dirty in the cabin, as it was a working car for the previous owner. That's why I was so surprised when they contacted me))and I was even more surprised when I came to pick up the car after this very dry cleaning!! The plastic was so well made there that I thought it wasn't my car) and the ceiling, the straps…The floor and the seats, of course... even the trunk…Although I have heard that usually the luggage compartment is not included in the dry cleaning, it is stipulated. Thank you so much for the high-quality repairs and service. There was a problem with a knock in the rear suspension, I went around several stations, but the problem could only be solved at Libra. At the first station, they said that it was necessary to replace the 4 silent blocks of the rear levers. They replaced it, but the knock didn't go away. They said that it is necessary to make a collapse-convergence, but they do not provide such services. Then I went to another station where they do a collapse, they did diagnostics before the collapse, they also couldn't find a knock. There are no complaints about the collapse. On the recommendation of friends, I went to Libra. I handed over the car, they weren't allowed to enter the remzon. After the inspection, Master Ruslan invited me, they found and showed me the source of the knock. The rear stabilizer bushings were banging, although they looked to be in good condition. The bushings were picked up and ordered, the car was picked up the next day, and finally there were no extraneous sounds in the car! I thank master Ruslan and mechanic Vladislav Potapov for their professionalism! It's a pity that I didn't come here right away, it would have saved both time and nerves. Pros: the professionalism of the staff, there is a collapse-convergence, they work on weekends. Disadvantages: The prices for spare parts and work are significantly higher than average, but for me personally, nerves and time are more expensive. I'll give you 5 points for your work!
