There is a small bar (non-alcoholic) with ice cream, coffee and other drinks. There are tables where you can have a snack with children (and you can bring your own food).
A great place if you want to run around the mall and not let the kids "get in the way."

For children of 2 years old, it is very dangerous there is a hole to go down the rope, the idea is cool, but you can simply not notice the hole and fall recently there was a spider web in some places torn, there are very few balls in the pool. Previously, there was an inflatable bear that was blown away almost immediately, I thought it would be returned soon, but it was never put on. It's better to go to banana city or flash park.

In the same Caramel, I witnessed how about a two-year-old boy went out and walked through the mall to look for his mother, who was just distracted by someone, and the child did not notice her.
There are still very few shelves for shoes and I didn't see any drawers for storing personal belongings. A lot of people on weekends and with two children only one parent was allowed inside on Sunday (here we can return to the issue of security)..

The site has been visited many times. The child is less than 2 years old, so I personally climbed everything with him and that's what I noticed: a lot of torn corners, dust, toys are broken. We always leave in dirty socks and grey knees. The rides break down and are not repaired, the price does not decrease. For example, the inflatable bear and bungee in the maze broke down, months have already passed - and nothing has changed. Slot machines also need to be repaired.
But the most important problem is that the air supply does not work and it is difficult to breathe even on weekdays after lunch, and on weekends it becomes stuffy at the elevator.
The staff is generally pleasant, but everyone is equally attentive, but this is purely about the personal qualities of each employee. There are no questions about security. A crying child will not be ignored, no one will run away from them))

The center was clearly overloaded, there was a crush inside, children of different ages mixed up, it was very unsafe. I ask the management to pay attention to the white slide at the entrance, its design is unsafe, when lifting a child on it, it needs to be insured, the child repeatedly fell from the top step, had to be constantly picked up. I suppose that older children can have fun, it didn't suit us(.
PS. Determine the maximum occupancy, the quality of services falls below the baseboard due to the overload of the game with children

A good maze for children from 3 years old. Lots of space, attractions. But kids under 3 years old have nothing to do there. One slide and a pool with balls is clearly not enough. It's better to go to the Bazillion.
