When they asked to invite the administrator, he came up after 10 minutes. 20% service appeared in the receipt. Before that, wherever there was food, it was 15%. The discount on the receipt was made as a result, the service was removed from the receipt.

The institution is very popular with tourists and other guests of the city, including celebrities, apparently this is the reason for absolutely no service, a la "and so they will come."
We were in the institution for the first time on 04/26, there were questions about the service, but everything was good in the kitchen, and I even liked the barbecue very much. Therefore, we decided to stop by for dinner before leaving 03.05 again, but something did not work out.
1. A day and a half before the visit, I asked to book a table on the veranda, as a result, there was no reservation in the magazine. The loading of the restaurant as a whole was 50 percent, one table on the veranda on the second floor was found on the very outskirts and with an unformed armor.
2. The hostess gave the menu almost immediately, but in 25 minutes none of the waiters bothered to come up about the order
3. With all this, over the past week (from 04/26/03/05), prices in the menu have been updated, on average by 25 percent, and a number of positions have almost doubled. Initially, the expensive (by local standards) institution caught up and in some places overtook Moscow prices. The level of service at the same time does not match the price at all and shows complete disrespect for the guests.
After a 25-minute wait, we got up and left after walking 100 meters to a Turkish restaurant nearby, a very decent option, also low-budget, but with high-quality cuisine and decent service.
