The hotel is as simple as possible, but very comfortable! If you don't expect luxury, then everything is wonderful: the hotel is new, the renovation is as simple as possible, but the rooms are clean, cozy, everything you need is there: a spacious shower, gel and shampoo, hairdryer, 3 towels for each (for body, head/ arms and legs), TV, wardrobe, bedside tables, a sufficient number of outlets, a large mirror in the bathroom, normal lighting - both overhead lights and sconces above the bed. Even the pretty vases of dried flowers on the bedside table. Minus one: there is no elevator. Heavy suitcases have to be handled on their own. After the terrible hotel in Almaty, the Caravan is just a fairy tale.

Great hotel! The rooms are modern, clean, and spacious. The mattress seemed uncomfortable to me, but everyone else in our group had no complaints. The breakfasts are average, but satisfying. There is an ironing board, you can put your clothes in order yourself. We used the laundry service, everything is decent. On average, 150 som (rub) per item. There is an express laundry service. Very convenient. They got the socks mixed up, but they found everything later. The biggest disadvantage is the lack of an elevator. There are girls at the reception who can't help with lifting luggage. Therefore, packing a 20kg suitcase on the 3rd floor is another quest. I'm taking a star for that. There is a small shop at the other entrance, where they bought delicious local chocolate with kuruta. I definitely recommend the hotel!!!
