The hotel is on the outskirts, as we like it. This means a minimum of outsiders. There are enough Europeans, followed by servants. The territory is not small, but it is not big either. There are not many beautiful photo zones, and many of them are made thanks to ongoing weddings. So, on Saturday we caught 2. There are a lot of staff. The first impression was spoiled by the porter, who was significantly dissatisfied with the size of the tip (100 rupees). Having visited more than 50 countries of the world, I met such discontent only in Italy and India. Somehow it should be a shame for a 5-star hotel with a frankly expensive price to extort tips for the service that you expect from the already paid price, including tips! Therefore, in terms of price-quality ratio in a couple of hundred visited hotels, this hotel, alas, is not in the top, but somewhere at the end. Even some animation is here for the money, the same bingo. I'm unpleasantly surprised, this is the first time I've met with such a person. They didn't even offer a cot. But it's quiet on the territory. The wedding corrected the situation, as it was the first time an Indian wedding was seen. The room has 1.5 liters of water, a safe, a kettle and 7 towels. The iron is missing. There is a fumigator and a mini cooler. Prices for water, cocktails, food are on average 10 times more expensive than Calangute, Mumbai and Delhi, too much. There are no shops on the territory (I don't consider a parody with gaskets, inflatable circles as a store), so people go outside the territory. The Internet is very slow. When checking in, one robe was missing, it was reported after the call. And the cherry on the cake: they forgot to clean the room. Wildly for 5 stars. The breakfast is excellent, there are no comments. There are both vegan and meat European food, the choice is large.

Everything is great, a good hotel, a great pool, a very large breakfast, a good coastline, but the only bad thing about this hotel is that almost everything is paid except for breakfast by the pool and the sea

A great colonial-style hotel. Huge arched spans, a lot of natural wood (including doors to balconies, cabinets, etc.). The air conditioner is not blowing on the bed. The mattresses are a bit harsh, but it's for an amateur. The beach was clean, and there were plenty of sun beds at the end of the season (end of March). Cons: a wild number of aggressive crows that screamed constantly. Breakfast is a little meager if you are not a vegetarian Indian. Lots of lentils in curry, potatoes, tortillas for every taste. Of the vegetables, only stewed tomatoes and steamed corn cabbage. There are no fresh ones at all, as well as greens. Fruits are standard: watermelon, melon, papaya, pineapple. Delicious masala tea, but it's still a challenge in this heat. Coffee from the coffee machine, but you'll be waiting for it forever. Overall: I recommend it. Especially the nearby cafe on the beach "Samovar" or aka "Eddy's shack". The owner speaks excellent Russian, they transferred money to him through the SBP.
