We contacted the company to transport our personal belongings from Yerevan to Berlin. We had 16 boxes weighing 118 kg. The whole process was handled by Varsik's manager. She always answered all our questions in detail and politely. We also needed to store things for a month before shipping. Everything was organized without any problems or complaints. We have completed all the documents for sending. We have just compiled a complete list of the contents. Our things arrived on time, which we specified. Nothing was lost, everything arrived intact.
