I brought the carpet home, spread it out: - yes, the pile has become softer than it was - there are a lot of long hair and fur of the cat left - the seam from the carpet was revealed in all its glory after an hour, they were forced to throw it in the trash. Perhaps it was some hidden scent of our family that rose from the depths of the carpet itself and drove us crazy. It was hoped that inexpensive cleaning would help to "cheer up" the carpet, but it turned out that it would only bury it) I had to buy a new carpet

I went to various dry cleaners, but no one cleaned so badly.Small debris remained all over the carpet, as if the carpet had been soaked and just allowed to dry.The pile is all flattened, I have not seen this from others, the pile was lush, like new, but apparently it is not accepted in this dry cleaning.On the reverse side, the carpet is all yellow (the color was white) and this yellowness came out on the front side.In short, I do not recommend anyone to go there.Their shelves are filled with orders up to the ceiling, it takes a couple of months to wait, which is probably why the quality of the service is so lousy.Wasted time and money.

I dry-cleaned carpets. I picked it up, as new, after 6 days. There are no stains, a pleasant smell! There is something to compare it with, after dry cleaning in another place, there were stains, and the deadline is 30 days. Respect to the Carpet Cleaner!
