The very store where you can buy almost all the products you need. -The range is rich, the choice is large - The service is close to perfect, in most cases they will help you and even speak Russian. - Unfortunately, the store prepares for closing in 20-30 minutes, so calculate the time in advance. - Please note that the price tags indicate the promotion for which you need a discount card, you do not need to write that the price tags do not match, just be careful or get a card in the application, it's free and it takes a couple of minutes - From time to time it is worth checking the deadlines , something critical has not been noticed , but the fact that the shares mostly deteriorate the day after tomorrow

The time is 21:54 A man who introduced himself as Ilo and, apparently, acted as a security guard, refused to let me into the store to buy water. At that time, there were people at the checkout and in the trading floor. This man was missing his uniform and badge. He refused to call the senior manager. The colleagues who were next to him supported his decision. As a result, I didn't buy any water. Questions: 1. On what basis was my access to the store restricted if the opening hours are before 22:00? 2. Why does a person without any identification marks decide whether I will buy in your store or not? If this is a common practice for you, say so, don't be shy. 3. Why was my request to call the manager in an obviously conflicting situation ignored by all your employees?

The store is not very good, to put it mildly, especially compared to other Carrefours. The assortment is all necessary for a supermarket. The staff is quite positive and friendly. However, there are also many disadvantages: 1. Compared to other Carrefours, there is a surprisingly smaller selection of goods of the same size. 2. The same applies to discounts with promotions, here they are much less common and for clearly less popular products (despite the fact that this is the standard pricing policy in many stores, the situation is even worse here). 3. One of the two main problems is the mini carts. Everything is really bad with them. There are clearly not enough of them, which is why you either carry everything in your hands, or go to the ticket offices, following an ingeniously made maze that increases the route to the ticket offices from 5 to 20 meters in one direction. And so it is almost every time you come to the store, because again, there are not enough baskets. Also, their condition leaves much to be desired-holes in the bottom and not only, half-broken handles, jammed and missing wheels and the constant presence of dirt does not allow them to be used comfortably. 4. Well, the coolest thing is the goods. Their availability depends solely on whether the head scratched today. manager of the heel or not. The probability that at the checkout, a product that is in decent quantity on the shelf and has a price tag simply will not be broken through is always at least 10%. The quality also always varies, it is not known how, one day the shelves are full of fresh and beautiful fruits / vegetables and there is enough for everyone, and the next there are only leftovers and what is usually given to rural cattle. Some days the bread is only fresh and soft, at other times it is only a little hard, small and stale. It is clear that not all of these problems depend on the store itself, but everything that is indicated here is found systematically and this must be taken into account when going there.
