We came with my future wife to buy a ring, we went for a certain size, as a result, we were very strongly recommended to take a larger size, we agreed. As a result, after a couple of days, the ring just started to fall off, they couldn't give us an exchange. It's just wasted money, buying a ring again and giving that amount to the wedding. Teach your consultants to give good advice, and not to lose money in your terrible store, 1300 rubles are not lying on the road. I hope many people will see my angry review and make their choice in favor of another store.

A very unpleasant situation is connected with this salon. On 11/10/2020, we purchased a bracelet as a gift at the Tsarskoye Gold salon (Stolitsa Shopping Center). Literally a month later, the bracelet unraveled on its own, although it was worn very carefully. After taking the bracelet, allegedly under warranty, it just went missing, every week I had to call and remind about the product (I got the feeling that if it weren't for constant reminders, they simply wouldn't have returned it). Three weeks later, we came to the salon to get the repaired product, but they told us that they had done nothing, because the case was not guaranteed, referring to some kind of "fake" impromptu. We asked to replace the product, because it is obviously of poor quality and became unusable in less than a month. To which, we were categorically refused. In general, they just kept the bracelet for a month and a half and gave it back, pretty much spoiling the mood. I do not advise anyone to contact this "office", the guys just master the money, without bearing any responsibility for it. Now we bypass this "salon" side and do not recommend others to contact, nerves are more expensive.
