For everyone who rents a car (regardless of whether it is carstreet.ae or a similar place), I have prepared my recommendations based on the experience gained.
1) Find out the detailed conditions for car rental:
1.1 Insurance. What is included, what is covered, how it works and for what amount.
1.2 What actions should be taken when any new damage is detected. Don't be lazy, it will save your money.
2) When receiving, make a complete fixation of all defects. Everyone from and to. Ask them to record all the damage in your presence in the report.
3) Return of the car. Discuss the time of return of the car and the conditions. At the time of the return, you are located next to the car to draw up the act of returning the car.

The rating and reviews are good, what I noticed.
I rented an Audi A3 car from December 15 to December 22, 2024. I decided to do everything in full:
- insurance (full). To protect yourself from all kinds of factors.
- delivery and return to the location.
- child safety seat
The acceptance is simple. A courier arrives, shows you the car, and you pay on the spot (by card/cash). There is not even an inspection report. Everything is simple here. I took it and went.
Return of the car. The courier did not have time to arrive on time and I was told to leave the keys at the reception. I parked the car, walked around again, didn't see any damage, handed over the keys, and drove away.
The car is good, new. Relatively clean inside and clean outside.
What didn't you like:
1) Child safety seat. They forgot about him at first and brought him back after (no problem). There were 2 chairs to choose from. Dirty or very dirty.
2) Probably the most unpleasant (for everyone to read). A month has passed, even more.
On WhatsApp, I receive a message from the carstreet business account that damage has been found on the car and they are asking for about 640 aed for this. It was from such "setups" that I took out full insurance, but it wasn't there. According to their version, I should have called the police, but by the way, no one notified me about this. Even the courier who took my car did not inform me about it that day, although I would have been in Dubai for a few more days.
To summarize:
- Even with full insurance, you are not immune from the fact that you will be charged for damages.
- I am inclined to believe that the damage:
1) Were taken from another car ( similar )
2) They appeared after me
3) They cheat, they profit
Dear owner of CARSTREET CAR RENTAL LLC, if you are reading this, I hope you will understand this situation and will no longer deal with such things.

Everything went just fine! This is a very good car rental company (not luxury). The office is located in the Pyramid shopping center in the Ud Mate district in Dubai on the second floor (you will find it without problems). A very pleasant Rodina manager. It can be abbreviated as Dina or Rodi). I rented 2 cars here (Fresh Mazda cx9 and Renault Megane). Everything is successful. I will definitely address them again. I booked the cheapest car through an aggregator with an advance payment without a deposit. They issued a new carolla without increasing the amount, paid with a visa . When handing over, I shook out the mats and refilled the full tank. They checked for new damage, no additional charges were taken.
