It is very conveniently located. Comfortable check-in and check-out is always a queue here.They wash cleanly and efficiently. There is a place where you can wait out the car wash, drink tea, coffee.
The administration and staff are friendly.

They wash well, but the receptionist is a Russian woman who is very arrogant and rude. He says that he does not understand Kazakh. When the man asked if there was a free box, she replied that there was no and took her time after his question, and when she was free, she slowly replied that she would be free in five minutes!
