Don't give a damn about the situation, read their offer, they say, in all cases of damage to the car, the management does not bear any responsibility! If anything, your offer violates the Law on Consumer protection of the Republic of Kazakhstan, so your offer has no legal force! The car has already been damaged 2 times, it would be fine if it was an isolated incident and not critical. Don't come here anymore!
