We stayed at this hotel in March 19. We liked everything very much and the location and the attitude of the hotel staff is very friendly. We left Venice in the evening, but we were allowed to leave our things in the luggage room and relax in the lobby and drink tea before leaving. Wonderful breakfast, cleanliness. Thank you for your cordial attitude, if I am going to Venice, I will be happy to stay in this pleasant place.

5 minutes from the bus station, located on the canal bank. Friendly staff, rooms are small, clean, have everything you need: air conditioning, shower. There is no TV. Minus - it closes every day from 12 a.m. to morning, it is impossible to get to the hotel at that time.

The ideal location is near the train station and the vaporetto, it is convenient to come to Venice, and then explore any area of the city on foot. All amenities in the room (except TV) + breakfast, all this for reasonable money, not crowded, this is a university district where you can eat at affordable prices.
