We stayed at this hotel in January 2020 in the old building - that's how they settled us. We were alone with our daughter. The hotel is very shabby. It pulls in 3 stars at best. The room is big, but it's all shabby. There is a coffee table where you can drink tea/coffee, but for some reason there is only one armchair. There is no second chair or chairs at all. During the 5 days of stay, the bed linen was never changed. At best, only towels were changed, but they also did not look very necessary - somewhat shabby, gray in color...About the food: the breakfasts are very similar - the menu has simply not changed for five days. The dinners are not bad - the meat was cooked deliciously. In general, it seemed that the hotel staff did not need guests at all. If you ask / quarrel, they will answer / do it.... If you don't ask, your problems ... In general, the price and quality of housing and services provided are completely different from each other. I would not recommend staying at this hotel.
