An excellent hotel, the location is great - 1 minute to the Cascade, while it is located in a quiet courtyard, not on the avenue. The rooms are quite good. The breakfasts are modest but delicious, there are always hot dishes, snacks, and desserts. You can ask them to make classic Armenian coffee. The staff is very nice and courteous. I took off the star for cold water, to wash, the water needs to be drained for about five minutes, and it's very cold in the shower itself. I definitely recommend the hotel. On a second trip, I'll probably prefer the same one.

Three stars) The rooms are simple. Cleaning is done strangely. Plumbing do not wash, clean underwear just in storke dozat on the bed. There is soap and toothbrushes in the bathroom. Slippers. All. The laundry smells strongly of bleach. There is a mini bar, for a fee. There is no free water. Ironing is possible on the ground floor. There are good guys working at the reception, friendly. Breakfast is an omelet, sausages, some kind of side dish, cheese, sausage, porridge. Watermelon, apples, and some kind of pie. Instant coffee, insoluble only for money. The location is good.

Convenient location. The city center, almost all the attractions can be reached on foot. Different rooms. At first we lived in a very small and uncomfortable room, we kicked all our feet on the bed. Three times I got a magnificent two-room suite. The subway is very audible, if this is important to you, then take it into account when booking. Helpful staff. There are only two hangers in the closet, apparently designed for one per person, a bit strange. It is better to come to the opening for breakfast, otherwise you will have to have breakfast at the coffee table. Breakfast has everything you need. You won't stay hungry. It would be possible to put a kettle in the room, but this is also not critical. You can clearly hear what's going on in the hallway.

We stayed for 7 days . Breakfast is included from 8 to 11 .they try to diversify the menu amlet with tomatoes, the next day omelet with spinach, etc. Natalia the cook is wonderful at baking goodies for tea. we lived on the 5th floor . The rooms are tired . they clean up every day. Changing towels every day. Convenient location in the center of Yerevan. everything is within walking distance.the cascade itself is visible from the window . The excolator on the cascade is open until 20.00. There are many cafes nearby . grocery and vegetable stores .

Cons: there is a subway running under the hotel, which makes the walls shake day and night and there is a terrible noise; the walls in the hotel are thin, if the next room slams its door, it seems that yours was slammed and someone came to you uninvited. rotten moldy fruits from someone's garden for breakfast and stale rolls with hair in the dough (straight pieces stuck out in one bun), which lie on a plate for several days, and instant dried crumpled coffee. There are no chairs, kettle or tea in the room. There is no water cooler in the hotel (they say you can drink water from the tap, but I didn't dare). The air conditioning in the room is not adjustable, in the heat of +35 outside in the room, I slept under a blanket from the cold. It was only on the third day that we were able to turn it off completely. You can say there is no Internet in the hotel.

Tourists, for whom I am writing this review, know that in Armenia they drink tap water. And this is normal, since it is water from the mountains. At the expense of communication in Russian - everyone speaks without problems, well, or almost everyone. So learn English... At the reception, Sophie helped us a lot, explained how to get to the place we needed, helped with the selection of excursions, and in general was very friendly and friendly. Breakfast is a buffet . Modestly, but very tasty thanks to the chef Natalia, who was able to create an almost homely, cozy atmosphere. The hotel was pleased with its proximity to the Cascade, literally 100 meters. Ararat was visible from the window of our room. The city center is within walking distance. Not a hotel, but a fairy tale!! I'll come back myself and advise everyone!

The friendly staff speaks Armenian, Russian and English. The hotel is located 100 meters from the Cascade attraction, and there are various cafes and interesting installations nearby. The main highways are far away, and the courtyard is isolated on both sides, there is no noise. The only thing is that the bathroom requires a little repair, the pressure of the shower suffers. To stay here for a couple of nights, this is a great place!

I stayed with my husband at the Cascade Hotel from September 2 to September 11, 2022. A very nice, cozy hotel located in a great location, in the city center. There are many attractions nearby. But the most important thing is:these are excellent professionals, the people who work at this hotel. Our flight was unexpectedly postponed and when the hotel was fully loaded, they helped us, we managed to extend the room. The rooms were cleaned every day, towels were changed every day.A very, very cozy courtyard where you could have breakfast, sit with friends over a cup of coffee, and drink a glass of wine in the evening. We stayed at the hotel during the trip during the New Year holidays. I really liked the hotel, everything is clean, new, very pleasant staff, the room was cleaned every day in our absence, despite the high workload of the hotel, daily change of slippers, which surprised me. The hotel has a buffet breakfast - there is always a second course, various vegetables, fruits, dairy products, sausages and cheeses. It's always very varied and delicious, no one limits what you take, and maybe they'll bring you coffee, even if you didn't order it. The only drawback was the small number of boarding dreams in the dining room, when more vacationers arrived, sometimes they had to wait a little to sit down at the table. But this did not overshadow the rest. In general, we were pleasantly surprised, as we got a very pleasant comfortable place at a low price, perhaps one of the best hotels for all our trips!

At the reception, neither English nor Russian is spoken, nothing is possible to find out. In the room you will be greeted by a persistent smell of chlorine. Linen and towels are washed, they smell of chlorine. There is simply NO sound insulation!!! Conversations and movements outside the door are like in your room. Well, the most fun. From about 5 in the morning, you start shaking in your room from a train passing underground. So it's unlikely to be possible to sleep.
