A good large business center. Conveniently located, there is parking and an entrance. There is a good cafe nearby, as well as a shop.

It's pretty cold in the business center and offices. It blows from the windows. It takes a very long time to wait for the elevator, especially at the end of the working day, we walk. It is convenient that there is an ATM, a notary, a pitch and a coffee shop downstairs. There are few parking spaces, but usually something can be found.
