In general, the location is convenient, there are minimal failures with water or electricity (there have been a couple of times in 2 years). On the downside, the administration increases the cost of rent every year, if you do not agree with their terms, immediately tells you to move out, then we bargain and stay. And so it goes from year to year. I would recommend being more loyal to the current tenant.

A good business center. Clean, small, and cozy. There are comfortable terraces on some floors for access to fresh air. One of the obvious disadvantages is an overloaded parking area.
