If you have not been to the Batumi Botanical Garden, then you have spent your time in vain. You will always have time to swim in the sea, sunbathe in the sun, but to see such a Garden (capital letter because of respect and admiration) You won't be able to. Various vegetation awaits you throughout the route. You can sit somewhere to eat ice cream and even drink water from fountains. We were lucky, the Garden guests were sitting in a friendly company and singing songs. I don't understand how Georgians can sing so beautifully. Is it being laid down at the genetic level? I didn't want to leave them. In general, we enjoyed a walk in the Garden. And near the northern gate there is access to the sea, where you can swim. The beach is not big and clean. And more. I advise you to start at the north gate. And finish at the southern ones. There is a cafe near the south gate where you can sit and drink coffee...

Cameras at every shop, very convenient. The shortest route takes about 1.5-2 hours. You can return back 10 lari by bus. Very beautiful views.

Not bad, but for me personally, 20 GEL is not worth it. The views can be viewed from the other side of the mountain. You will see some of the plants walking around the city and climbing to the samoeba.

Very boring, completely ugly. Just walk through the mountains and see the same thing everywhere. It's pretty only where there is a zipline, it costs 70 GEL. There's nothing to do here.

A must-visit! The garden was founded in 1912. I have never seen such a variety of magnolias anywhere! There is a zipline for extreme athletes!

I went to the Botanical Garden yesterday, it's very beautiful! Even though it's already winter. Only in the part with North America, all the trees are already bare and it doesn't look very good, but otherwise it's a fairy tale! I will definitely come here in the summer.

Ready-made comfortable shoes. This is the best Botanical Garden in the post-Soviet space, after the Vorontsov Palace in Crimea. At the entrance, I recommend trying out an ice cream with wine flavor from a private trader (it is possible for children, without alcohol).

Amazing plants, be sure to visit there. The plants are so diverse that they managed to feel themselves in the tropics... the well-maintained territory, the views of the sea are simply fascinating. We were in the summer of 2021, I really liked it.

I will join the negative reviews above in terms of neglect. There are problems with cleanliness, the toilet on the territory is dirty and without light. The signs are all burned out, navigation is absolutely not clear. There was a diagram at the entrance where 4 routes were marked in letters. But we didn't see any signs in the depths of the garden. It is not clear where to go. There were broken benches, peeling fences, destroyed greenhouses. I understand that few things bloom in September, but the general unkemptness and a touch of "Soviet dust" are all the more striking. The impression was brightened by excellent sea views and beautiful plants.
