No one gives a damn about you at the entrance. At this point, you can safely turn around and leave this almshouse. We came from St. Petersburg and were just completely disappointed by this place in Minsk (by the way, the only place that disappointed). There are 3 girls sitting with a ko-ko-ko look (apparently, they determine the amount of money in your account by their appearance). Explain to your staff (there is no other name for them)at the reception, how to talk to the guests! They can't politely, without a word at all, even talk about the rules of visiting. Or write about it on the website, since your staff can't communicate properly.
Find customer-oriented staff, not servants who have strayed from your hands.
It's a disgrace!

Stay in one of the best hotels in Minsk . Very beautiful! Pathetic . The staff is friendly and will do everything to win you over to the game. Tea and good alcohol can be served at the table . A wonderful restaurant, of course the prices are amazing , but the cuisine is super !! I played Texas poker , I behaved with dignity , there was a moment when I won decently . But I tickled my nerves, had a nice time . I will have the opportunity to come back . Tip : if you want to win at the casino , buy yourself a casino 😁

We stayed at the Beijing hotel solely because of the presence of a casino there, the hotel is good, but only negative impressions remained from the casino. The first thing you see when you enter the casino is the cute girls at the front desk, and that's where the cute ends. It seems that they are not interested in players at all, but only hoarding/ licking large wallets. It was smoky in the hall so that you didn't even have to light up, the vending machines were all dirty, in ashes and not only. I can say that I don't set foot there anymore, for comparison, the next day we went to Shangri La and this is heaven and earth, the feeling that you are a native there, the girls spent all over the hall, told everything, during the game they constantly approached and asked if we needed anything. I ordered cheesecakes, and these are not the cheesecakes that are defrosted and reheated, but real homemade ones, cooked and baked to your order. The coffee is rich and high-quality. Just one small wish, you can add more sour cream and jam to a large portion of cheesecakes (3 pcs). I wish the staff good tips and helpful guests who appreciate your work.
