I am very pleasantly surprised by this motel! It is clear that there have been changes for the better — I would especially like to note that the staff has changed. Now there are very polite, attentive and friendly staff who really care about the comfort of the guests. The rooms are perfectly clean and tidy, everything is neat, well-groomed, without any complaints. The service is top-notch - you feel welcome. I would like to mention the cafe separately: everything is delicious, fresh, and pleasant to be in. And at the same time, the prices are quite reasonable, which is also a big plus. Overall, only a positive impression remained. I recommend it!

The rooms are not well maintained. It's dirty. Mattresses are scary. We were traveling from Russia to Uzbekistan with children. We stayed overnight at the Kaspiy Hotel. I put the children on two sheets, the mattress was all stained....A blanket was not offered, as were towels. They covered themselves with their sleeping bags. To wash, there was no water. In general, everything is for two.

Tolerable for those who drive by. The location is convenient. The cafe is not bad, I always eat there. The room is so-so. But everything was necessary. I had a junior suite. But of course, this is not what they call it at all. However, I spent the night and drove on. Tolerable.
