Sharashkin's office , with incompetent cattle staff) Taisiya, Rilya or someone else, are hypocritical creatures who can't even explain their position, let alone about the time of casting and information related to their "agency", plus they are rude and laugh (on the phone)... the attitude towards applicants leaves much to be desired....
