The idea is fantastic, but the execution is terrible. It's not the first time in Georgia, I've been to many countries, I've been to different categories of hotels - from 1 star to super premium and luxury, but I don't want to come back here. 1. Of course, no one warned about the construction site right next to the room and every morning we started with noise, and there was no way to close the windows - the heat. The air conditioner hung right over the bed and blew in my face, I had to sleep in the heat and under the noise of construction 2. SOOOOOOO small toilet, just for dwarfs, I don't know how the premises were planned, but even for me with a height of 170 and a weight of 52 kilograms it was very cramped 3. A small bed, I want to relax in the hotel after busy days, but my legs are hanging. There are a lot of pillows, it's great, but there was no way to use them - either pillows or legs are hanging 4. A very strange policy regarding water - two bottles were given only on the first day. OK, everyone has their own rules, and if you need to buy, tell me or write. There is no such information anywhere, we waited for water every time and each time did not understand why it was not there, only on the last day we found out that it was paid. Once again, it's just weird. 5. Breakfast from 9 to 11. Naturally, we never had breakfast, since all excursions started at 9. Hospitality is when you would be offered to pack something with you or somehow show participation, but no, but 2 hours after leaving, a message came in the booking office about help with the transfer. 6. I can mention the young lady and the young man, they at least smiled and asked how our trip was, the rest just didn't care. I haven't seen this for a long time, to be honest. I sincerely wish the owner happy guests, as well as to establish management, well, it is very strange not to give guests water and arrange breakfast so late.

There was no cleaning in the room throughout the stay, towels were not changed even once. Dirty dishes and discarded garbage are your future companions of your stay. The staff responds to complaints by unsubscribing standard templates, but not by actions. We had to go to the reception for toilet paper, we washed the dishes ourselves. The most unpleasant thing is the dust and dirt in the bed between the mattress and the bed body itself. It hasn't been cleaned for months, if not years. The room description includes a terrace. In fact, this is not a terrace, but a passage to a neighboring house, where people walk all the time or just sit on the sidelines, constantly talking. Privacy is completely absent, the windows are dirty and have no curtains, so you have to close the shutters and the room turns into a basement. By the way, there is a damp smell in the room itself. Of course, the point about the sound insulation of the room is absolutely incorrect information. The room has a closed door next to the main bed, leading apparently to the utility rooms of the kitchen, so the clink of dishes, appliances and people's conversations can be heard starting at half past seven. Almost all the sockets in the room have been removed from the walls. Only the mount is present from the fire sensor. You will save yourself from the fire. After posting this review on booking.com the owner wrote that all this was not true and promised to block it on all possible resources. It is very sad when constructive criticism is perceived not as an excuse to eliminate shortcomings and improve the service, but as a personal insult that turns into rudeness.
