The worst experience I've ever had with a restaurant. Absolutely irresponsible and unprofessional behavior. They cancelled our group dinner just a few hours before we were supposed to arrive — simply because they received a “better” offer from someone else. They didn’t close the hall for us as agreed, and made the decision at the last minute without informing us in time. Throughout the whole process, they acted in a careless and disrespectful way. They gave no clear information, made promises they didn’t keep, and left us in a very difficult situation with a group of tourists expecting a planned dinner. This kind of attitude is unacceptable in hospitality. I strongly advise others to think twice before trusting this place with any serious arrangement. The prices are extremely high. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
