Absolutely Amazing Experience! Caucas Tavern in Yerevan is an unforgettable place! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The interior had that authentic Caucasian charm, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. The food? Absolutely delicious! Every dish was full of flavor and beautifully presented. The khorovats and dolma were some of the best I've ever had. Portions were generous, and the prices were very reasonable for the quality. If you're visiting Yerevan and want a true taste of Armenian and Caucasian cuisine in a cozy, vibrant setting, Caucas Tavern is a must-visit! I’ll definitely be coming back.

The attitude of the staff at Taverna Kavkaz, especially the host who greets guests, is simply awful. If you come alone, they offer you tables near the kitchen and frown when you say you don’t like sitting there. In the end, you’ll still be seated near the bar, where it’s noisy because of the staff. Meanwhile, the restaurant is half-empty, with no reserved tables. As for the food, it’s excellent. The waiters themselves are quite friendly. But the way guests are seated is terrible, and overall, the way guests are welcomed is unfriendly.

Horrible service. We found a cigarette trash in the last cup of their "homemade wine". Basically someone littered inside the bottle and they just reused it without washing. When told about it, manager just removed the wine only from the receipt and gave us a free gata, worth 800amd. Its disgusting as obviously reusing staff without even washing is a common practice. Otherwise it would be a laaaarge issue for them.
