Do you know what sets it up? You come, buy tickets, drinks, popcorn, and then you sit and wonder.… Today I went to an extreme movie session here, took a large portion of caramel popcorn and, exactly in the middle of the package, small and burnt ones piled up, not crispy, but as if they had already been stored raw. Why download from the very end, where there is only one scale? I'm not leaving the movie, I'm not going to figure it out! And then they just leave, and there's no one at the checkout anymore. But there is a lot of garbage. That is, everyone lives by the principle, not my problem, the cleaner will sort it out at the end of the day? It's all ugly. You sit there, eat, try, watch a movie, and bam! Does it stop being as delicious as it was at the top of the bucket!? And immediately the reaction - I mean, how is that? Is half of it filled with leftovers first, then supplemented with normal??? Is it impossible to pour out the illiquid, and not sell it for 25 lari??? When I bought popcorn, there was a lot of it, it was not like the "last portion", i.e. they specially raked the burnt bottom for me??? I came home with what was left in the pack (a little less than half) and I poured it on a plate and you just look at how much burnt meat and scales that I was offered to eat for my own money 😒 And of course, there is no desire to go to this cinema.…

It's a good cinema, but the huge disadvantage is that the films are in Georgian and English. It would be very good to add it in Russian, as there are a lot of citizens of the CIS countries in Georgia.

The impressions of visiting this cinema are mixed: Comfortable chairs in the hall, the hall itself is small, which is nice. However, all the advantages end there. Minuses: 1) disappointment immediately befell us in the form of a huge queue in the popcorn zone. But we did not despair and defended this queue. It turned out that popcorn is only salty (we don't like that kind), so we bought only drinks there. We eventually bought caramel popcorn at another stall unrelated to the cinema, but they wouldn't let us into the hall - they say, go down to the bar and eat there. You can only carry what you bought in the popcorn zone to the gym. 2) the boy who stood at the entrance, checked the tickets and swore at the fans of caramel popcorn. However, this is not the most fun: throughout the film, every 15-20 minutes he burst into the cinema and loudly cursed at the audience (apparently for having smuggled "forbidden" food). Because of this, many visitors were unhappy (noisy and unpleasant - we came to watch the film, and not listen to how disrespectful the staff is to other visitors of the cinema). Actually, because of the behavior of this boy, we did not get into the essence of the film and left before its end. We will not come to this cinema anymore. Rudeness cannot be tolerated!
