Level 17 Local Expert

It is a friendly tea house among the neighborhood; the tea is Decently brewed, the prices are quite affordable. The environment is a little noisy, and cigarette smoke can be uncomfortable. The cleaning is at a manageable level, the tables are simple. The employees are warm-hearted. There is a toilet, but it's not very hygienic. An economical place for conversation and tea.
