They said that the card and account had been arrested. They don't know why, for what reason, or where to apply. They refused to open another account, saying they would not take responsibility. What kind of responsibility??? Just for opening an account and a card? My place of work cooperates with this bank, so the salary is only credited to the card of this bank. I would never recommend this bank to anyone (because of the staff).
