I have two opinions. When I ordered a new card, I hardly waited for them to call me. But I've been collecting the card for a few days. I sat for more than 45 minutes a couple of times and left. On my next attempt to pick up the card, I came , took the ticket and was immediately called. One interesting thing: it turns out that there is a delivery of the card to the mailbox. But of course, the specialist didn't tell me about this when I ordered the card.

It was necessary to close the virtual cards and accounts issued through Pay. A young girl served, and there was an experienced lady in the next window who "helped" and "advised." They couldn't close the accounts, they said that I had blocked everything for myself and I had to unblock myself and then they could close it. At some point, they said that I was blocked because of fraudulent operations on my part. In the end, they didn't do anything, I left. The next day I went to another department, on the avenue. Masherova, 29, where everything is closed. Monstrous lack of professionalism. The only positive thing is that the girl who served me tried to help, but she just didn't know what to do.

This is the worst bank I've been to. The specialist does anything, but does not serve the client. He's always talking to another employee. When a person issues a card for the first time, you need to provide all available options for something that is more convenient for the client, and not what you wanted. The specialist saw only 2 people in an hour. But she talked all the time, looked at everyone who came in and commented, "Oh, how many people, we won't make it to closing time."
