But no one called back either tomorrow or two days later. I dialed the cool center again, they were very surprised, but after a couple of hours they called me back and said that only the master could 05.01.2021. Apparently, it's not up to the customers anymore....The New Year is probably being celebrated ..... so the question arises, why overpay for a guarantee if you then have to wait a week.....
